Main: Marinated Chicken Breast or Roast Snapper Fillet. Vegetarian Option - Braised Tofu and Mushrooms with Rice(please advise Helen by 17 July if this is required).
Dessert: Coffee Cheese Cake with Cookie Crumble and Expresso Icecream or Raspberry Panacotta with Blueberry Ice Cream and White Chocolate Cream.
