EVENT ORGANISER: HERITAGE MOTORCYCLE CLUB OF W.A.
HMCCWA members & members of other "Historic Motorcycle Clubs" riding pre 1965 motorcycles are most welcome.
Although a five day event starting & finishing in Perth, IHC & Members of other "Historic Motorcycle Clubs" may wish to join the event on say day two in Donnybrook & finish on day four back at Donnybrook. Or whatever suits a member as to when they join & leave the event.
Backup will accompany this event.

The Great Escape is an annual event on the Club's Calendar & we will be running it again this year, but with a slightly different format.
Day 1. Perth to Donnybrook, staying at the Donnybrook Motel, 26/28 South Western Highway, Donnybrook. 6239.
Day 2. Donnybrook to Donnelly River Village via Kirup & Nannup.
Day 3. Loop Ride...Donnelly River Village to Nannup, Balingup, Greenbushes, Bridgetown & back to Donnelly River Village.
Day 4. Donnelly River Village to Donnybrook via Bridgetown & Boyup Brook.
Day 5. Donnybrook to Perth.
The HMCCWA have booked two cottages at the Donnelly River Village (14 beds) but can book additional cottages depending on numbers.

THE GREAT ESCAPE RALLY 2022...pdf
This is our flagship event for the year and takes place over 5 days from Tuesday 18th until Saturday 22nd October. Please note the cutoff date (22ND SEPTEMBER 2022) for entries, as we have to prebook the accommodation and the barbecue packs at Donnelly River. The start point for the rally will be Dave's house in Thornlie, 1 Stonecreek Cres, Thornlie at 9.00am, with a pickup for southerners at Mundijong IGA and Pinjarra Bakehouse.
Please phone Dave on 0439991584 to order the barbecue packs for our stay at Donnelly River. We will be staying in houses in the Donnelly River Village, on Wednesday and Thursday nights, about 4 pax per house.
You can book your room at the Donnybrook Motel 97311499 for the nights of Tuesday and Friday, either single or double. Tell them that you are part of the GREAT ESCAPE.
We will be joined by our IHC counterparts along the way down, probably the Pinjarra Bakehouse.
