Info for the Norton ride

Hello pre 48'ers, can you please forward this out as I missed the news letter.

Regards to entry fee. Please send all people to me regarding making payment on the day the meal is $45 per head to be paid to me with the entry fee.

Entry fee- $50 inclusive the 45 if you are eating dinner and when paid you will get an entry ticket, $10 if you are not eating dinner. For your $10 you will receive a countryside hot drink and some biscuits both days.

Saturday lunch will be on the run and each will have to pay their own way. Sunday the run and see ya's should be done by lunch-ish.

If someone is a bonafide vegetarian they will cater for their main meal needs. I tried to be inclusive in my selections. Vegans should not have Nortons as too much blood has been spilt on these machines.

We are eating

Roast beef with pan juice gravy with seasonal steamed veggies and roasted veggies.

Choice of Mild chicken curry and Creamy pasta with salads,

Choice of Cheese cake and warm apple crumble.

I need to let catering know by the 9th and if I haven't got someone's advice that they will be attending dinner they won't be coming because I will have already paid for the correct numbers and only have so many tickets.

I will be paying for the venue and it includes service but each will have to buy their own alcohol. No BYO, They have agreed to provide some tea and coffee service free of charge.

Smoko I will dream something up but I am busy with work so I will not be organising a brownie tasting comp at the girl guides.

I will be putting something similar on the IHC facebook site very soon.

I am happy if you would like to send this to those coming so they are not surprised by the cost or what the dinner consists of.

If they want to back out that is fine  but can all let me know by the 5th. The 9th is the latest the venue can know and I have stated 45 people for the venue.

The dress code- there is not one- this is Collie but it will be too cold for a blue singlet unless you are from Collie.

Kind regards Rick. Working on prizes but it is the final priority.

Ricky.
