Event Cancelled Due To Weather Forecast Of Heavy Rain 20-40 mm
If you ring the pub TODAY Wednesday, which will be just outside the 7 day cutoff for cancellations, you will be refunded your accomodation payment as I have spoken to the pub this morning.

Regret to advise I have just been informed the proposed 14th July ride to Augusta has been cancelled. Why? Apparently the weather forecast is very much against us and as we all know, the Augusta district is particularly prone.
SO …… if you intended to take up the overnight Augusta stay option and have already booked, then please seek a refund without delay. I’m told at least one of the accommodation options, and maybe both, have cancellation refund rules so you may have to plead.
