This is a fairly short run, about 110kms all up, so you should be home for lunch. I have tried to plan it in the way our Sunday Runs were about 15-20 years ago, not too long, a bit of ducking and diving around the outer suburbs, and as little as possible on the highways. As a shortish run with only one hill, it is suitable for most bikes 25+ years old, so please dust them off and bring them out for a run.
