Ride to take place on Sunday the 4^th of October
Start at normal time from Carpark behind Hall in Pratt Rd Eaton
Stage 1 - Ride via some interesting route to the lake gardens behind St John of God (Bunbury) palliative care ward (south side of SJoG) to scatter Ron’s ashes just near the Rotunda. Plenty of parking here.
Jeff Smith is to plan the ride for stage 1. ( Jeff possibly not riding yet )
On arrival , Jeff Smith to give a welcome & short reminiscence & invite others to add their own memories, then Ron’s Daughter, Shelley will say a few words and the family will scatter Ron’s Ashes in the waterfall that feeds the lake. Shelley may play “Danny Boy” (Ron’s favourite) on her accordion if she is well enough. She also hopes to have a coffee tea after the ceremony.
