Good afternoon

We would like to extend an invitation to the 2025 York Motor Show to be held Sunday 5th October 2025.

Please find attached:

* Entry Form for Individual Participants

* Entry Form for Club Participants (This form is to be used if you wish to come along and represent as a club but no partake in any judging categories).

If interested, please fill in and return to us.  Email entries for exhibitors close on 3rd October 2025 at midnight. Any entries on the day of the show will close at 10:30am and need to be in person at the information desk.  Those who wish to still exhibit their pride and joy and miss the entry cut off are still able to do so however they will be ineligible for judging and trophies.
We are trialing a new area this year being Avon Terrace, Howick Street and Peace Park.  This means behind the Motor Museum and along Lowe Street will be open to the general public allowing for more parking to the event.  Road closures will be in place between 6am to 4pm with the event being open to the public between 9am to 3pm.

Indian Harley Club (Bunbury) Inc

Our group is running the Ludlow Art Prize again this year. The exhibition is open from the 25 October to 2 November 2025, 10am to 3pm each day. We invite the Indian Harley Club members to visit as a club event or individually on any day during the exhibition. Our Ludlow Cafe will also be open each day. I see there is a Busselton mid-week run on Wednesday 29 October. Maybe there could be a stop at Ludlow.

Could you please promote this exhibition to your members and let me know if there is any interest to make it a club event.
